Fill out the order form & call us at (61-8) 9562 1229. We are ready to assist you at all times. If no one is available at the time of your call, please leave your name and number so that we can call you right back. Once you have left your message we will keep trying until we reach you.

#3 Order by Mail:

  2. Add up the cost of your purchases and add the cost of shipping and handling charges. Mail your order with a check or money order.
  3. Mail your completed form to: KFD Group, PO Box 7, Joondalup WA 6919
  4. For an URGENT order, please call us first to check on stock availability. 
  5. Please allow at least 2 working days hours for us to process your order after you have mailed it.

#4 Order by Fax:

  3. Indicate your preferred method of payment and ensure you provide a telephone number where you can be reached.

  6. Please allow at least 24 hours for us to process your order after you have faxed it. 

#5 Order by Email:

  1. Add up the cost of your purchases and add the cost of shipping and handling charges. 
  2. Indicate your preferred method of payment and ensure you provide a telephone number where you can be reached.

Shipping & Handling

Shipping/Handling charges for delivery inside Australia and outside Australia will be made at cost, and can be individually quoted. We will quote you by email if you request it.

Customer Responsibility

  1. Please choose you items carefully as you do not have automatic right to return goods.
  2. Please check that your shipping detail are correct; KFD Group does not accept responsibilty for goods lost under this circumstance.
  3. Please check that your payment details are correct; we reserve the right to recover any bank or finance charges in this case from you the customer.
  4. Import Duties and Sales Tax - If any charges are imposed by the importing country, this is your responsibility.  We advise you contact your Customs department if you are concerned about any possible charges.

Return Policy

  1. If you are not satisfied with an item because of incorrect fitting, or because the style or colour does not match online information, it can returned for credit or exchanged if in mint condition.
  2. Items must be returned in 14 days and have not been used.
  3. We apologise that shipping charges are non-refundable. Return and re-shipping charges are at your cost .
  4. Custom made, made-to-order, or special order items cannot be returned or exchanged.

 Payment Policy

  1. We accept checks and money orders paid in Australian dollars only. 
  2. Schools, libraries and universities may send a purchase order, after which we will send a pro-forma invoice for you to pay. 
  3. Orders cannot be shipped C.O.D. or on account.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. We will try to keep them as low as possible, passing the savings on to you, our customers.
